Full Throttle Suspension Inc warrants its new products to be free from structural defects in material and workmanship
for as they are owner by the original purchaser unless otherwise stated.

Full Throttle Suspension Inc. limited warranty specifically does not apply to products which have been  (a) modified or
altered in anyway ;  (b) subject to adverse conditions such as misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or 
adjustment, dirt, or other contaminants, water corrosion or faulty repair ; (c) any product used for racing ; (d) used in a 
manner other than what is specifically recommended in the Full Throttle Suspension catalog ; (e) any product that is not
manufactured by Full Throttle Suspension Inc

There are no warranties that extend beyond those stated here.  Full Throttle Suspension offers no other warranties, 
express or implied beyond this Limited Warranty.

In the event of an alleged defect in material or workmanship. Full Throttle Suspension Inc’s responsibility is strictly to repair 
or replace the defective product. Full Throttle Suspension Inc has no other obligation express or implied. Final  warranty
determination will be at the sole discretion of Full Throttle Suspension Inc.

Full Throttle Suspension shall not be responsible for : (a) actual or alleged labor, transportation or other incidental charges;
(b) actual or consequential or other damages incurred by use of any product of Full Throttle Suspension Inc. 

To initiate the warranty process:

Returns and exchanges will be accepted with a a “ Returns Good Authorization ” from Full Throttle Suspension Inc R.G.A
numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date issued. Write this number on the outside of your return package and tag
the goods inside with your name and R.G.A number. A  R.G.A. does NOT guarantee replacement or refund, but only 
that we will inspect the merchandise based upon your claim. Non-defective items must be returned in new,  resalable 
condition , in original packaging  and are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

This Limited Warranty sets forth legal rights. The consumer may have other rights as results in variations in state and
providence laws. This Limited Warranty supersedes all prior warranty statements.
